Volcano Bay aims to offer a wide variety of attractions and activities enabling guests to escape and create unforgettable memories. To introduce and promote Volcano Bay to potential future visitors, concept designs for an immersive exhibit that welcomes viewers and encourages them to engage with tabling staff are necessary. To achieve this, a trade show booth and holiday brochure have been designed and mocked up.

Volcano Bay’s target audience consists of a diverse age range of people seeking either a peaceful and relaxing experience or an exhilarating adventure. Guests who visit Volcano Bay value fun and carefree environments that offer the perfect opportunity to unwind and cool down. The waterpark strives to immerse visitors in the ultimate blend of relaxation and thrill, so everyone can enjoy the best of both worlds. The visual elements should stand out and reflect Volcano Bay’s essence and mission.
Moldmaking & Sketches
The exhibit booth concepts and mock-ups will feature Volcano Bay’s logo as well as an aerial view of the park to highlight the various attractions and amenities offered.
Booth Design
The exhibit will have three walls, a floor to ceiling window, and a skylight. A screen will be placed behind all the windows, with a projector running a loop of the waterpark’s surroundings: the smoking volcano, flowing water, and passing clouds. Every 20 minutes, the volcano will “erupt”. On the left side of the booth, a help desk will be set up, with a wall adorned with hung pool tubes for decoration. The area will also include travel suitcases, and the company logo will be painted on the back wall. The right side of the booth will feature 4 decorative palm trees, and the entire booth will be illuminated by the “windows”. At the help desk, guests are invited to pick up a brochure and learn more about the park and ticket options available for purchase.

The design will encourage guests to approach the help desk, where they will be able to pick up a brochure and learn more information about the park and ticketing options.
Holiday Brochure
The brochure itself will provide visitors with insights on the seasonal activities, food, and drink specials that can be found at Volcano Bay.
